Week 4 Computer Picks For All 58 Games Involving FBS Teams

This week's 58-game schedule begins on Thursday with an American Conference battle between two of that league's better teams when Houston visits Tulane. Friday's trio of games is highlighted by Utah at Southern California.

23 teams are idle this week, including Oklahoma and Penn State. 9 FBS schools face FCS teams.

That leaves a smorgasbord of 54 games on Saturday, featuring Notre Dame at Georgia and the ESPN College GameDay crew will be in Athens.

Many of the top-ranked programs will be feasting on cupcakes. Ohio State hosts the RedHawks of Miami, Alabama entertains Southern Miss, Clemson welcomes Charlotte.

LSU had its cupcake last week vs. FCS member Northwestern State (La.). Now the Tigers hit the road for their SEC opener at Vanderbilt.

Michigan takes a giant step up in competition after opening the season with Middle Tennessee and Army. This week, the Wolverines visit a Wisconsin Badger squad that has pitched a pair of shutouts against USF (49-0) and Central Michigan (61-0).

Auburn journeys to College Station to face Texas A&M, and Florida hosts a Tennessee program that it has dominated since 2005 (13-1). The Vols haven't won in Gainesville since 2003.
