Week 3 Feature Picks: 3 Outright Upsets, and 6 Other Selections

The selection of Feature Picks games is quite large this week with over a third of the games highlighted.

The computer (Congrove Computer Rankings) predict three outright upsets and we always feature every computer upset pick. But we've also chosen 4 games where we believe the computer's pick of the Vegas-favored team to beat the spread, as well as 2 games under the spread.
