The second weekly edition of the 2017 CCR Top 130 (Congrove Computer Rankings) was released early Sunday afternoon, following the soft opening of the season on Saturday.
Only 5 games were played in contrast to the 87-game slate that will kick-off this Thursday.
Stanford jumped from 7th to 5th, and USF climbed from 22nd to 18th. The Cardinal creamed Rice 62-7 in Australia, and the Bulls picked up a 42-22 win at San Jose State.
Colorado State also rose in the rankings, from 40th to 33rd, with its 58-27 rout of Oregon State.
Florida State tops chart, followed by Big Ten members Ohio State, Wisconsin and Penn State holding the 2nd through 4th spots.
Combined, the ACC and SEC have nearly half of the teams in the Top 25 with 6 members apiece.
