The top 9 teams from a week are still in the top 9 this week, but only 3 of them are in the exact same position in our latest Super 16 College Football Poll.
The poll is administered by the FWAA (Football Writers Association) and the National Football Foundation, and features a geographical mix 56 FWAA writers and College Football Hall of Famers. CollegeFootballPoll.com's DaveCongrove has been a member of the panel since since week 4 of the 2017 season.
Georgia again collects the most first-place mentions with 29, followed by Michigan (15), Washington (9), Florida State (2), and Oklahoma (1).
The Bulldogs have held the No. 1 spot since week 6 of the 2022 season, and an SEC team has been ranked No. 1 in the poll for 49 consecutive voting weeks dating back September 29, 2019.
Michigan stays put at No. 2, but Florida State jumps Ohio State for 3rd this week while the Buckeyes are voted No. 4.
Washington, a 36-33 winner over then-No. 8 Oregon, moves up to 5th as the Huskies switch places with idle Oklahoma.
Penn State stays at 7, but another switch takes place at 8th and 9th where Texas jumps over Oregon.
North Carolina rises 2 spots to round the Top 10, followed by Alabama, Oregon State and Ole Miss..
The 14 through 16 spots go to Notre Dame, Duke and Utah. Those schools replaced Tennessee, USC and Louisville who are now the first three out.

He dropped Louisville, which he had at 15th before the Cardinals took a Saturday whipping at Pitt. He re-inserted Notre Dame, which may seem silly since Louisville just beat the Irish two Saturdays ago. But the Irish have played four straight ranked and undefeated teams and won two of those, including the demolition of USC on Saturday
