Opening Week Feature Picks

There are only 9 games on the entire schedule this week, but football is back and so are our Feature Picks.

Fittingly, both of our selections this week are first-time matchups.

In our "Easy Pickins' category, the computer likes Southern Miss to beat the 14-point home spread over visiting South Alabama on Thursday.

The computer forecasts just 1 outright upset as it takes MTSU by the slimmest of margins over Army in Michie Stadium at West Point on Sasturday.
