Each week, our Feature Picks examine the computer's projections and select the games that us humans concur with the outlook. This week we have 3 matchups where we feel comfortable giving the points and one where we'll take them.
Computer-projected upset picks are always featured whether we believe in them or not. There are three of those this week, including the SEC opener of Kentucky at Auburn. The computer surprisingly gives the Wildcats a scant 0.64-point edge to trim Auburn's series lead of 26-6-1.
We like the computer's picks of Georgia, Florida and Tennessee to win by more than the available odds, even though all three favorites are on the road. The Bulldogs open at lowly Arkansas, the Gators visit Ole Miss for Lane Kiffin's debut as head coach of the Rebels, and the Vols trek to South Carolina.
