Two of the four undefeated teams, Army and Indiana, were safe with bye weeks over the weekend while Oregon escaped Wisconsin with a 16-13 win, but BYU lost at home to Kansas, 17-13, and fell to 0-3 all-time vs. the Jayhawks.
That leaves three unbeaten teams and they are spread across the top 13 of this week's Congrove Computer Rankings at CollegeFootballPoll.com. Oregon remains at No. 1 as the top 7 are unchanged, Indiana sits tight at No. 6, and Army rose three spots to No. 13 without lifting a finger.
Ohio State stays at No. 2, with Texas, Notre Dame, and Penn State rounding out the top five.
Chasing the Hoosiers are Ole Miss at 7, with Miami (FL), Alabama and Georgia filling out the top ten.
Georgia was a 31-17 winner at home over Tennessee and the 'Dawgs climbed one spot to No. 10, while the Vols dropped five spots to 15th.
Louisville, Washington State and Kansas State fell out of the top 25 after fairly shocking losses for all. The Cardinals dropped from 23rd to 32nd after their 38-35 loss at Stanford on a 52-yard walk-off field goal, the Cougars fell from 24th to 30th 38-35 at New Mexico on Devin Dampier's 1 yard run with 21 seconds left, and the Wildcats slipped from 21st to 27th after being dominated at home by Arizona State in a 24-14 loss.
Taking their place are UNLV at No. 23 (was 29), Memphis at No. 22 (was 27), and Colorado at No. 20 (was 28).

Two FBS vs. FCS games took place this past weekend. Alabama was merciless on Mercer, 52-7, and Kentucky raced past Murray State, 48-6.
FBS schools are 112-6 in such games this season. They are a cumulative 1,912-158 (.924) since we began tracking this in 2003.
In 2024, there were 121 scheduled matchups between FBS and FCS schools with 119 schools playing one such game, while Hawaii and UMass each play two.
This year, 15 schools do not play a FCS opponent and 5 are in the B1G (Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, USC and UCLA). Texas is the only school in the SEC that will not play a FCS program. The same is true for Virginia Tech in the ACC. In fact, Texas and Virginia Tech, along with Michigan and Houston, are repeats from last year's list of schools that played all FBS programs.
