Michigan continues to hold the top spot of the College Football Rankings, with Florida State and Washington in hot pursuit
The latest Congrove Computer Rankings were released early Sunday morning after the completion of USC's shockingly close 43-41 home win in triple-overtime over Arizona.
The top-ranked Wolverines flexed their muscle with a 52-10 road clubbing of Minnesota, while Florida State pulled away for a 39-17 home win over Virginia Tech as Washington sat idle.

Georgia jumped from 7th to 4th after an impressive 51-13 beatdown of previously undefeated Kentucky between the hedges, leaving the 'Dawgs as the only undefeated team in the SEC. Additionally, LSU's 49-39 win at Missouri means Georgia is also the only team in the Eastern division without a conference loss.
Alabama holds that same advantage in the Western half after a 26-20 win Texas A&M.
Yep, hide the women and children - the Crimson Tide and the Bulldogs are once again on a collision course for the SEC Championship game.
Florida State's situation in the ACC is much different where Louisville (6-0, 3-0), North Carolina (5-0, 2-0), and Duke (4-1, 1-0) are in the chase. The Blue Devils face each of the other three and all on the road, but the other three only have Duke on their schedule.
The Cardinals handed Notre Dame an exit card from the computer's Top 25 with a 33-20 home win over the Irish. Notre Dame had won 30 straight games against ACC opposition, but this loss was the second in the season and led to a swap of the 16 and 26 spots in the rankings.
Duke was idle while North Carolina rumbled to a 40-7 win at home over Syracuse to hand the Orange their first conference loss.
Miami lost its its ACC opener, 23-20, at home to Georgia Tech and plummeted from 19th to 30th. By now, we have to think everyone has seen it, but just in case you missed it, here's what transpired.
With the clock winding down on a 20-16 win and the opportunity to go into victory formation, head coach Mario Cristobal made an unbelievably brain-dead move and continued to call running plays, ultimately leading to a fumble and a 44-yard TD pass with 1 second left for the improbable win by the visitors.
Oklahoma seized control of the Big 12 with its epic final drive to knock off Texas 34-30 in the Red River Rivalry in Dallas. The win lifted the Sooners from 15 to 13, but still a spot behind Texas which earlier this season notched a win at Alabama.
