The B1G now has three teams in the top five of the Congrove Computer Rankings which were released within minutes of the final weekend game.

No. 1 Michigan pulled away in the second half for a 31-7 win over Rutgers; Penn State rose from 7th to 4th on the heels of 31-0 thumping of visiting Iowa, and  Ohio State moves up to 5th with its last-second 17-14  victory at then-No.12 Notre Dame.

Washington retains the No. 2 spot after a 59-32 win at home over Cal.

Florida State remains No. 3 after ending a 7-game losing streak to conference nemesis Clemson with a 31-24 overtime win on the road. The Tigers had won 25 straight ACC home games.

Georgia dropped from 5th to 7th, largely due to facing non-conference UAB at home and turning in a 49-21 scorecard.

That's the same top 7 as a week ago with just a bit of trading places between 4th and 7th.

Duke continues to the climb the charts, moving all the way up to 12th from 18th with a 41-7 win at UConn. The Blue Devils will be hosting ESPN GameDay next week when Notre Dame comes to town. No doubt the Irish will be looking to heal themselves after the home loss to Ohio State. Notre Dame was the site of yesterday's GameDay program.

Ole Miss fell from 8th to 15th after the 24-10 loss at Alabama, but still remains one spot ahead of the Tide which climbed from 20th to 15th.

Five teams dropped out of the computer's Top 25. The victims were UCLA (16 to 26), Oregon State (14 to 27), UCF (17 to 28), Clemson (21 to 34) and Iowa (23-35).

The five teams that entered the top 25 are Miami (28 to 21), Syracuse (27 to 22), Texas A&M (31 to 23), Kansas (30 to 24) and Missouri (29 to 25).
