FCS Congrove Computer Rankings - Top 6 Unchanged

The top teams were idle while they waited to see who their opponent would be in the NCAA Playoffs. Thus, No.s 1 through 6 are unchanged, but Montana State jumped from 7th to 9th on a strength of schedule increase by having UT Martin added as its first playoff foe. That pushed Dartmouth, whose season is completed, down to 8th and Villanova to 9th as the Wildcats can now prepare to host Holy Cross.

Sam Houston State remains No. 1 as the Bearkats have won 21 straight and are the defending national champions. SHSU will host Incarnate Word next Saturday.

The latest FCS Congrove Computer Rankings were released at 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning on CollegeFootballPoll.com.

James Madison, North Dakota State, Kennesaw State and Eastern Washington round out the top 5 with Montana at No. 6.

Sacramento State completes the top ten.
