Computer Rankings: Sam Houston State Still No. 1 As Top 5 Are Unchanged

Sam Houston State has now won 20 straight games after a 42-28 victory over visiting Eastern Kentucky and the Bearkats top the Congrove Computer Rankings for a second straight week. The reigning national champions also secured an automatic bid to return to the NCAA playoffs.

K.C. Keeler's troops are followed by James Madison, North Dakota State, Montana State and Kennesaw State as the top five are unchanged.

Eastern Washington rises from 8th to 6th, Dartmouth jumps from 10th to 7th, and Montana climbs from 11th to 8th.

Villanova stays locked-in at No. 9 while ETSU rounds out the top ten with a nice move up from 14th.

Big Sky teams hold 3 of the top 10 spots, followed by the CAA with 2. The Big South, AQ7, MVFC, Ivy and SoCon are represented by one team apiece.
